How To Create an Account?

Register by clicking “My Account” on the menu

1. Type your email address on the register panel, make sure that the email address you provided is valid.
2. You will be redirected into your account and may ask you to change your password. You can’t change your password if you don’t have the default password that will be sent to your email.
3. Go to your email inbox to see the default password. If you don’t receive an email please look into your spam folder.
4. On the My Account page, click change password and type the default password on the current password tab then type your new password in the new password tab.

Create Account on Checkout

1. After adding items into your cart, proceed to checkout
2. You will be redirected into the payment. At the bottom of the personal information you can check the Create Account. It will create an account based on the email address you provided.
3. Click Place Order
4. Go to your email inbox to see the default password. If you don’t receive an email please look into your spam folder.
5. On the My Account page, click change password and type the default password on the current password tab then type your new password in the new password tab.

How to reset your AirPods?

When either of follows occurs,

1. The earphone does not pop up on the screen;
2. Either side beeping;
3. Indicating lights on
4. Not charging

Please reset your AirPods as following steps:

1. Disconnect Bluetooth on your device;
2. Take out the left earbud and leave the right earbud in the charging chamber, press the Home button for 6 to 8 seconds, the right earphone appears long bright; then take it out of the charging chamber;
3. Do the same thing to your right earphone.

What is the Delivery Time Frame?
